MoonShade's included strut pole attaches to the awning's short (7 ft) side and unlocks a ton of mounting possiblities!

Check out examples below of ways to use the strut pole for mounting MoonShade when anchors cannot be placed at 7 ft or 9 ft distance. For a demonstration of the strut pole, check out our Strut Pole Setup video.

The strut pole is shown below without the MoonShade canopy attached, for demonstration purposes only. Either of MoonShade's 7ft (shorter) sides will attach to the strut pole by passing the pole through the center point loop on the edge of a 7ft side of the canopy, and then inserting the pole ends into the corner grommets on the canopy. In most cases, you will attach the strut pole to the canopy BEFORE securing the strut pole to the anchor points.
