MoonShade&apos;s included strut pole attaches to the awning&apos;s short (7 ft) side and unlocks a ton of mounting possiblities!Check out examples below of ways to use the strut pole for mounting MoonShade when anchors cannot be placed at 7 ft or 9 ft distance. Either of MoonShade&apos;s 7ft (shorter) sides will attach to the strut pole by passing the pole through the center point loop on the edge of a 7ft side of the canopy, and then inserting the pole ends into the corner grommets on the canopy.
